2.decembrī plkst. 12:00, plkst. 15:00 un plkst. 18:00. Kultūras pilī "Ziemeļblāzma" norisināsies tautas deju un mūzikas kolektīvu koncerti "Mazā Eiropiāde". Eiropiāde ir lielākais Eiropas tautas kultūras un mākslas festivāls, kas notiek katru gadu dažādās Eiropas valstīs. Koncertā piedalās tās Latvijas grupas, kas šovasar plāno dodies uz Eiropiādi Nuoro, Sardīnijā, Itālijā.
